| SITHFAB009A Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol(RSA)
This RSA course is delivered online. After enrolling, students will gain access to the online course through my.TAFE(The TAFE Learning Management System). Here they will be able to access the assessment and when successfully completed, print an interim certificate as evidence of completion.
How long?
This course will take approximately 4 - 5 hours for students to complete and they will have 2 attempts at the assessment if required.
Qualification
While a temporary certificate can be printed, a formal certificate will be mailed to the student approximately 10 working days after the assessment is completed.

Intakes
Students can enrol at any time in this course, and it should take 4 - 5 hours to complete once the student has gained access to the online course in my.TAFE. Access to my.TAFE generally occurs within 24 hours of enrolment.

Please phone The Bremer Customer Service Centre on (07)3817 3000 to enrol and pay via credit card or visit one of the Customer Service Centres at Bundamba or Inala to enrol and pay via cash of eftpos. Students can also enrol online at https://enrol.tafe.qld.gov.au
Accessing the online course
Accessing the online course in my.TAFE will be granted after enrolment in the course at the following times:
For example, if a student enrols at 8.30am, they will get access to the my.TAFE online course at 9.30am.
After enrolment students will receive 2 emails - one with their username(student ID) and one with their password. Students can also go to student self service at https://enrol.tafe.qld.gov.au to change their password, update personal details, view results of assessment and their academic history. If students have previously been enrolled and registered for student self service, they will not receive the password emails. Passwords can be reset by phoning the Customer Service Centre on (07)3817 3000(Business Hours only).
Students will access their online course at http://my.tafe.qld.gov.au. For any issues accessing my.TAFE, students can phone (07)3817 3125(Business Hours).
Please note you only have 14 days from the date of enrolment to complete this unit
Computer Requirements
Students are required to have access to a computer with an internet connection(broadband recommended), with Microsoft Internet Explorer 7(or higher), Mozilla Firefox 4+, or Safari4. This online course may not work correctly on a mobile device.
Students will require access to a printer in order to print the interim certificate. |
